Gangsta`skate in TBG

Skateboarding on a sunny day in Tønsberg, my hometown. First of all it`s weird to be the only "girl" in the skatepark, specially amongst kids, cause they are so curious and ask you lots of questions all the time. And then, when they got to know you a little, they want to show off their skills, and then they want to teach you! perfect :)
I went there to meet Mads, my old friend. Haven`t seen him in a while! I was feeling kind of rusty, so I had to spend the time on being confident again.

Cops were passing by. Just sitting in the car, watching the kids. Why didn`t they go out to talk to the kids instead of showing off like that? Sorry, but I don`t like that kind of attitude, and that`s why I can`t respect you copguys.

In the end of the skatesession, we were surrounded by kids trying to ollie over two or three skateboards. it is possible - we can all be friends! Haha

Bulken was up now for a couple of days. (A constant wave in the river, Voss) Normally I dislike cold water, because blood in my fingers and toes disappear for some reason. But I like surfing, so I decided to give it a try!
The wave works best in the middle of the river, and to get there, you have to float on your board. I find it hard. Was my second day trying the wave, and I still don`t manage to get where I want to be. I think it will work next time, but after 1 hr swimming I just got too cold!
Eirik, my roommate has done this many times already, and have the rutine, as you can see in the photo. Looks so easy, and fun too - don`t you think???

I just realized that it is quite easy to win competitions when your the only girl participating. Got my self some new clothes, a watch, techrider and a bag this weekend! the only price I had to pay was a super sore neck, but that can be fixed with a couple of hours stretching.
I could get through it with doing a couple of airs, but I decided to make it a trainingday. Tried to pull some backflips, underflip, frontflip and frontside 360. It was fun, but hard to "find" the landing - and that is now causing heaps of tensions in my back and neck! Yeah - wish physiotherapists could start doing drop in!

Tromsø trip (bokstavelig talt)

Since my mum is from Tromsø, I had to make a trip there -just to see what is going on you know! I didn`t really expect anything at all.
4 happy girls, couldn`t find the perfect parking, spend a lot of time looking for a perfect parking?? Come on.... ended up picking the most expencive. haha parkinghouse!
Alright! next mission??? coffee - anyone?? Marianne took us down to a nice cafè. ehm... next mission? I startet to get really hungry. You see, one or two mentioned something about sushi earlier - and for me... seriously. Sushi is the best food I can get. And Tromsø (don`t remember the name of the place) gave me the best sushi I have ever tasted in my hole life. It melted in my mouth, it was just like a taste of heaven (I think), No way I could share that sushi. Sorry girls, for not sharing. Shit....
On our way back, we went to a huge shoppingmal. Didn`t go inside for some reason. But the sunset.... oh oh oh oh I don`t think I have words beautiful enough to describe what was going on on the sky as we were driving back. You know, the photos.... so small compared. I think.... I have never ever been that stoked in my 28 1/2 year old life. And it didn`t get much better when the milkyway opened up for us later on..... and even a tiny northernlight show from above! I`m seriously in love with my life. Sorry to disappoint you guys... But this trip was... I don`t know... better than LSD (have never tried it).
